Gastro orders now have a switch that lets you decide whether an order is sent to the order printer. The setting is remembered on each device and is on by default.

For businesses in Spain: activating Verifactu or TicketBAI for the first time now includes an annual subscription at €12.00 net. Existing activations remain unchanged and are not charged.

When switching weeks, especially across month or year boundaries, the calendar could freeze or appear empty. This has been fixed.

You now set the colour and label of the payment QR code on a dedicated page under “Payments”. You can also disconnect your Mollie account there.

The “Card payment” menu item is now called “Payments”, with card payment as a sub-item. The payments module is free and can be activated with one click in the product overview.

If part of a page could not be loaded after an update, buttons used to do nothing. You now see a prompt to reload the page.

When moving items between tables or groups, only open items are moved. Items that have already been paid can therefore no longer be billed a second time by mistake.

Partial payments can now only be edited on the invoice they belong to. This gives your payment data extra protection.

If downloading the PDF receipt fails after checkout, you now receive a notice. The invoice has still been recorded, and you can download the receipt again from the invoice list.

When several devices send orders, close groups or transfer items at the same time, the till now automatically retries the action instead of showing an error message.

The “Export” button in the cash book is shown again for every cash register plan. If export is not included in your plan, clicking it shows which plan makes it available.

Using the helloCash API, you can now retrieve your daily closings individually or as a list, as well as monthly reports with sales, taxes and payment methods.

If an invoice that has not yet been completed contains items, the till now also warns you when reloading, closing the tab or using the browser’s back button. This prevents entered items from being lost by accident.

When tapping into the search field for products and services, the iPhone enlarged the whole page and did not zoom out again. The view now stays as it is.

For businesses in Germany: for some transactions paid via Mollie, no invoice was created. These payments are now recorded and signed like other card terminal payments.

Using the helloCash API, you can now upload, retrieve and edit incoming invoices, for example directly from your accounting software.

If a price has more than two decimal places, discounts are blocked at the till. A notice below the discount field now explains why and that you should round the price to two decimal places.

In the app and with a receipt printer set up, the cash book receipt was no longer displayed. It now appears in a window again, and printing continues as usual.

The product and payment statistics now only load the data they actually need. Reports covering long periods therefore no longer abort and appear faster.

In many input fields, a single “0” was wrongly rejected with a message about disallowed HTML characters. The value is now saved again.

Using the helloCash API, you can now manage tax rates, change the stock settings of products and update many products or services at once.
